Return Policy

Here at GreenAndGoldAutographs.com, it is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase and safely receive the items you desired. If that does not occur, you may return the merchandise you've purchased for a refund (less shipping) under the following conditions:

• All returns must be made WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
• We will only accept returns for receipt of incorrect items or items damaged during shipment
• Prior to any return, you must notify us through the Contact Us page
• Returned item(s) must include all original authentication documentation for a refund to be issued
• Refunds will not be issued for items deemed worn, damaged outside of shipment and/or altered in any way
• Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer, to include cost and proof it was not lost in shipment. Be sure to obtain tracking information on the return shipment
